About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee our cloud infrastructure in the United States, managing both Commercial and Public Sector environments, including our FedRAMP High authorized setup in AWS GovCloud. This hands-on role focuses on operating, securing, and scaling production systems that support regulated workloads. You will work within tightly controlled environments, directly contributing to infrastructure and application reliability while ensuring our FedRAMP authorization through continuous monitoring, security operations, and audit preparedness.
You will collaborate closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to facilitate customer onboarding, enhance system performance, and maintain compliance with ongoing requirements.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days:
30 Days: You will have completed onboarding and security training, contributed code, and become comfortable navigating both Commercial and Public Sector environments.
60 Days: You will significantly contribute code (using Terraform and Python), review colleagues' work, and independently manage tasks in the Public Sector environment.
90 Days: You will operate autonomously across both environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues, enhancing system reliability, and supporting compliance and monitoring activities.
