ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Space team is at the forefront of enhancing AI-driven capabilities in the realm of space, focused on advancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for the U. S. military and its allies. We are pioneering fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, aiming to counter emerging threats in space and empower our Guardians with a decisive edge in this increasingly contested domain.
Central to our efforts is the Space Domain Awareness Network (SDANet), which is expanding its global footprint by deploying a network of telescopes and Early Warning Radar systems. We collaborate closely with mission partners and operators to establish robust capabilities on timely operational schedules, addressing complex challenges faced by the Department of Defense.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in deploying Lattice stacks within AWS and Azure environments, facilitating seamless integration with mission partners. Your responsibilities will encompass researching, understanding, and strategizing the deployment of classified government cloud infrastructure. You will design comprehensive cloud networking and engineering solutions that meet stringent security, cost, and performance criteria, while also overseeing the deployment of Anduril software within government frameworks. A key aspect of your role will involve diagnosing and addressing Kubernetes issues in the operational environment, developing response strategies, and collaborating with government platform management for effective resolution. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing requirements for observability, alerting, and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
In addition, you will curate and uphold accreditation artifacts and standards for the systems and environments under your purview. Establishing and maintaining representative environments at the unclassified level for testing and development will be essential, alongside providing direct, hands-on expertise during critical operations.
