Responsibilities:Debug and troubleshoot issues arising in Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments. Develop innovative engineering solutions to operational and infrastructure challenges, with an emphasis on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and automating processes. Implement strategies to enhance service reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams on observability topics throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements:Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.5 years of experience in Linux system administration. Over 3 years of experience with AWS/Cloud infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to automate routine administration tasks. Team-oriented performer, focused on organizational goals. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Fluency in both written and spoken English. At least 2 years of experience in scripting (e.g., shell, Python). Minimum of 2 years of experience with configuration management and automation. Experience managing large network and systems infrastructure. Willingness to participate in after-hours (nighttime, weekend) scheduled maintenance windows.

Livevox is in search of a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support the expansion and growth of the Livevox Platform. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing engineering projects for our infrastructure and production systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong technical skills, analytical thinking, sound judgment, experience in software development, and a robust operational background. You should also have an in-depth understanding of Public Cloud products and thrive in a distributed remote team environment. Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.

Our on-call rotation occurs approximately every three weeks with infrequent escalations. Incidents are rare, making this position distinct from first-line support roles.
