Job Responsibilities:
- Accelerate the growth of the Live Commerce sector by creating efficient processes, identifying strategic partners, and fostering rapid expansion.
- Design, implement, and oversee daily operational systems that provide insights into objectives, progress, and challenges for our key initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with departmental heads, external partners, and vendors to inform decisions on operational activities and strategic goals.
- Plan, assess, and analyze critical metrics for daily operational performance, ensuring the seamless delivery of live events at scale.
- Develop strategies to drive the adoption and conversion of live commerce, identifying and implementing process enhancements that improve the creator experience and overall output.
- Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to develop features that enhance the Live Commerce experience and improve creator streaming.
- Work in conjunction with various teams across the organization (site merchandising, CRM, Marketing, Analytics) to rapidly increase live shopping adoption by attracting relevant traffic to each event.
- Partner with marketing, social media, and influencer management teams to consistently build awareness and drive traffic to Live Events.
- Take full responsibility for the business outcomes of the Live Commerce venture, ensuring quick scalability, efficient investments, team development, and operational growth.
