Your Role
As the Senior Manager of Commercial Planning for France, you will spearhead the commercial forecasting, planning rhythm, and outcome evaluation for one of the most complex and strategically vital regions in Europe for SharkNinja. You will operate at the crossroads of commercial strategy, advanced analytics, and local market execution, collaborating closely with DACH Sales, Sales Operations, Supply, SS&A, Marketing, and EMEA stakeholders. This role is not solely about reporting performance; it involves critically evaluating forecasts, challenging assumptions, and translating intricate data into actionable strategies that foster growth while safeguarding inventory health. You will need to demonstrate strong commercial judgment, a high degree of analytical and technological proficiency, and the confidence to present the forecast narrative to senior leadership. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, explore various scenarios, and ensure the business is well-prepared for future developments, not just planned activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting, Budgeting & Performance Management
- Lead the monthly forecasting process and annual budget cycle for the French market, integrating analytical rigor, scenario analysis, and clear prioritization across the commercial organization.
- Own the monthly consensus process, providing an insight-driven, technology-enabled forecast narrative to Executive leadership that precisely conveys current performance, underlying reasons, and the strategic actions being undertaken.
