Your Role

As a key member of a vibrant commercial team, the Senior Commercial Underwriting Manager will oversee the underwriting of both construction and conventional commercial loans. This role requires strict adherence to established policies and underwriting standards, ensuring compliance while delivering timely and creative solutions to meet service goals and annual volume targets. Additional responsibilities include credit-related tasks, administrative duties such as reporting and pipeline management, and building relationships with external business partners as well as various internal departments within the Commercial division. This position is based in Toronto.
