As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing complex and customized projects that span several years and locations. Operating as an owner's representative, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including project managers, architects, and general contractors, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
This role demands a high level of ownership, discretion, and attention to detail. You will lead various workstreams independently while also supporting the broader execution of projects. Most of the current projects are domestic, requiring occasional travel.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:- Oversee a diverse range of projects, from specialized scopes to large-scale residential construction and facilities.
- Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain clarity and accountability.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules, proactively identifying risks and driving their resolution.
- Review and manage key project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the Director of Design & Construction to provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations.
- Uphold quality standards focusing on high-end finishes and meticulous execution.
- Assist with project closeout documentation and activities, including warranties and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and project-specific guidelines.
- Act as a flexible team member, seamlessly transitioning between hands-on execution, coordination, and project leadership as required.
