Join our dynamic Workforce Transformation team at Deloitte, where you will collaborate with experienced Consultants and Engagement Managers to provide exceptional Job Profiling, Job Evaluation, and Job Architecture services to our clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our project outcomes not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution
- Assist the Engagement Manager and collaborate with Senior Consultants to deliver projects of varying sizes and complexities, focusing on Workforce Transformation and Reward initiatives.
- Gather essential baseline information from clients as part of a dedicated project team under the guidance of a Project Stream Lead.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions with key client stakeholders to clarify information requests and provide updates on project progress.
- Contribute to the creation of client presentations and documentation with supervision.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions that enhance our service offerings or address potential project delivery challenges.
- Support research efforts and apply analytical skills to deepen understanding of client challenges, contributing to engagement deliverables.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with agreed timelines and standards as outlined in client Service Level Agreements.
2. Client Impact: External / Internal
- Foster strong internal relationships to enhance collaboration within the Workforce Transformation team and across Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting divisions.
- Participate actively in the development and design of client solutions within a project team environment.
- Maintain high accuracy and timeliness in your work to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and professional interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for smaller client accounts.
- Broaden your understanding of Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation offerings, including Job Analysis, Job Profiling, Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, Competency Development, Performance Management, and Reward strategies.
3. Team Sales Pipeline Support
- Contribute to sales activities targeting smaller organizations, supporting the team's growth initiatives.
