What will your responsibilities include?
Client Delivery:
- Support a program management office (PMO) for utility clients engaged in complex, transformational initiatives, which includes resolving risks and issues, identifying interdependencies, executing detailed reporting, supporting schedules and critical path activities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among the West Monroe and client teams.
- Act as or assist the Project Manager in creating project plans, establishing milestones, estimating timelines, and structuring engagements of various sizes.
- Collect business process and technical requirements through workshops with client personnel to produce deliverables such as business process documentation, technical documentation, requirements, process maps, and key performance indicators for electric, water, or gas utility projects.
- Participate in and lead activities within a team of software/solution implementation, systems integration, and business consultants.
- Contribute to the Energy & Utilities consulting practice through methodology development and refinement, supporting proposals, and engaging in internal communities across West Monroe.
