As a Senior Consultant, you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting, assisting clients in overcoming complex challenges and delivering outstanding results. You are a motivated management consultant with a talent for guiding organizations to achieve their strategic goals through excellence in execution. You possess a proven ability to manage transformation programs of moderate complexity, structure solutions for ambiguous challenges, and cultivate lasting client relationships. Our consultants thrive by actively engaging with clients to understand their vision and objectives, developing actionable roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution to achieve desired outcomes.

This position primarily involves working with our energy and utilities clients on a variety of significant generation, transmission, and distribution capital projects. Senior Consultants are expected to take on project management responsibilities for moderately complex projects while also leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, industry, and pertinent challenges to create effective solutions.
  • Formulate strategies for project pre-execution and execution phases.
  • Design and implement governance and operational models.
  • Establish risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
  • Craft and execute efficient cost and schedule management approaches.
  • Assist in devising and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee work activities for yourself and project team members, including stakeholder management, budget oversight, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct RFP analysis and manage contracts.
  • Stay informed on major market and regulatory trends.
  • Diagnose client issues and recommend solutions effectively.
  • Identify and establish KPIs, reporting scorecards, and dashboards to drive target ROI.
