Our Strategy & Operations team supports executives and investors in tackling complex challenges by providing realistic and quantifiable solutions through a combination of strategic and operational methodologies. To sustain our rapid growth, we are currently looking for Senior Consultants with 3 to 5 years of professional experience (excluding internships). The Strategy & Operations team currently comprises over 150 professionals across Europe, hailing from consulting firms and various industries.

As a member of our team, you will primarily engage in the following contexts:
‘Deal Strategy & Execution’: Whether in preparation ('pre-deal') or execution ('post-deal'), you will support both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process.
During deal preparation:
Defining the Equity Story (the rationale for the transaction and development strategy)
Conducting strategic, commercial, operational, and ESG due diligence
Evaluating potential synergies from a merger
Carving out separation plans ('Carve-out')
During deal execution:
Preparing integration plans ('PMI') and defining necessary strategies and actions to ensure business continuity ('Day 1 readiness')
Implementing synergy plans to maximize value creation.
