Mandatory Technical Skills:Proven experience in implementing S2P solutions using various cloud tools and/or ERP systems.5-8 years of relevant professional experience. Strong grasp of procurement processes and spend management principles. Hands-on experience in:Leading functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. Documenting various project stages: creating process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials. Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression). Integration experience with client ERPs is a plus. Key Behavioral Attributes:Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong client management capabilities and experience working with global cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
