Main Purpose of Job:
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be pivotal in defining project scopes and leading comprehensive analyses, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring delivery across a diverse client base. With the support and guidance of your team, you will take a leadership role in your projects, overseeing team efforts to produce deliverables and mentoring junior members.
Significant experience in facilitation, data-driven methodologies, client relationship management, and business development is essential for your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Delivery for Strategy Engagements
- Assist the Engagement Manager in project delivery in your area of expertise.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagements with multiple stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and discuss potential interventions.
- Design and implement effective change management frameworks to garner commitment from various stakeholders.
- Execute initiatives effectively, whether leading strategy sessions, presenting findings, modeling business cases, building dashboards, optimizing processes, or researching global best practices.
- Employ lateral thinking to solve problems in unstructured environments where solutions may not be immediately apparent.
- Communicate any issues that may impact delivery quality or timelines to your manager.
- Identify opportunities for follow-on business and collaborate with management to secure new contracts.
- Support the development of client presentations and documentation.
- Proactively build business relationships that generate new opportunities.
