Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines. J. D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred.

The Senior Contracts Negotiator role at Roku centers on negotiating complex technology agreements that drive the company’s business and technical operations. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs, this position works closely with both legal and business teams. Key focus areas include data privacy, information security, intellectual property, and agreements involving emerging technologies such as AI.

This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, CA, Boston, MA, or Austin, TX. The schedule requires in-office presence from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
