The Senior Contracts Negotiator role at Roku centers on negotiating complex technology agreements that drive the company’s business and technical operations. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs, this position works closely with both legal and business teams. Key focus areas include data privacy, information security, intellectual property, and agreements involving emerging technologies such as AI.
This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, CA, Boston, MA, or Austin, TX. The schedule requires in-office presence from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
What you will do
- Negotiate and finalize commercial transactions and technology agreements
- Handle contract matters related to data privacy, information security, and intellectual property
- Work on agreements involving emerging technologies, including AI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to secure strategic, high-impact deals

Compensation and benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $144,500 to $170,000 (final offer depends on skills, certifications, and location)
