Qualifications and Requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy and compliance, preferably in a technology or financial services environment- In-depth knowledge of global data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal concepts- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

The Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team at Airwallex is composed of dedicated legal and compliance professionals, as well as risk management experts focused on safeguarding our operations. We are committed to maintaining a culture of compliance and ethical conduct while navigating the complexities of the global financial environment. Our team provides crucial support and guidance across all business areas, proactively managing legal and financial risks.
