The Position – Senior Counsel – Privacy, Product, and AI

We are seeking a Senior Counsel who can assume a strategic role and assist us in shaping the future. You will report directly to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with our product, IT, security, procurement, and sales teams. This position transcends privacy and AI, it's about building trust with some of the most security-focused organizations globally and guiding us toward responsible scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the global privacy and compliance framework, including policies, templates, processes, and timely updates.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to offer legal guidance on privacy and AI issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Draft and update user-facing legal documents such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Data Processing Agreements.
- Negotiate and draft contracts impacting the company’s products.
- Support the global compliance program and keep abreast of new AI/privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, EU AI Act).
- Advise product and engineering teams on open-source license obligations and usage.
- Create internal playbooks and training to enhance awareness of privacy and AI issues.
