We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues related to Windows and Mac computers, laptops, and peripherals including printers, routers, and Apple devices such as tablets and mobile phones. You will handle incoming client calls, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
This position offers a competitive salary, paid on the 1st of each month, and includes six working days with one fixed day off. We have both morning and night shifts available, allowing for flexible scheduling.
The salary is negotiable, with an upper limit of 26,000 INR.
