As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing initial support to Military Sailors and their families as part of a multi-tiered service structure.
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, e-fax, email, and chat.
- Utilizing essential software applications, including CRM systems and internal/external websites, to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately entering supporting information into systems and web forms.
- Receiving training on military programs to enhance your ability to support customers both in the Continental US and overseas.
- Exploring opportunities for career advancement, as many team members have transitioned to Shift Supervisors or specialized teams based on their skills.
