Role overview The Senior Engineering Manager, Messaging Channels, leads a team of eight product and platform engineers. This group owns the messaging infrastructure that supports every Postscript product. Their work covers several key areas: Flow Builder, an automation tool for managing customer journeys A high-volume SMS campaign management engine used by major direct-to-consumer brands The core messaging platform and infrastructure shared across all Postscript products Expanding into additional communication channels to reach customers on more platforms The team manages its own on-call rotation and maintains high standards for operational reliability.
