Are You the Team Member We Are Looking For?
Unit8 is searching for a Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding Data & AI Consulting Practice in Warsaw. This role is pivotal in supporting our data scientists and engineers by offering comprehensive consulting services that span from technical operations to strategic insights. You will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and data science technologies to address real-world challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from business development to implementation and client relationship management. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth of our consulting practice within a thriving AI and Advanced Analytics service provider.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will evolve based on client and internal needs.
In general, you will:
- Advise clients on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations by evaluating their data and machine learning capabilities, identifying impactful use cases, and defining a strategic implementation roadmap.
- Engage with clients to understand their data-related challenges, addressing both technical and business inquiries.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT architects to deliver impactful data-driven solutions and machine learning applications.
- Provide guidance on implementing critical enablers such as data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centers of excellence.
- Work directly with the head of our Data & AI Consulting practice within a small, high-performing team to co-develop growth strategies.
