Your Role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer (f|m|d), you will be an integral part of our Data Team, bridging the gap between our Data Platform and data-driven business management. This role comprises approximately 40% Data Engineering and 60% Advanced Analytics.

Data Engineering Responsibilities

Lead the development, enhancement, and stability of our data pipelines (Airflow, BigQuery, DBT).
Design and take ownership of key data models in the Data Warehouse, providing a foundation for reporting, self-service analytics, and advanced analytics.
Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, and robust transformation logic.
Optimize performance and costs in the Data Warehouse.
Integrate new data sources in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.

Data Analytics Responsibilities

Translate complex business questions into structured, reproducible analyses.
Conduct independent analyses of user behavior, churn drivers, and performance metrics.
Provide clear actionable recommendations with direct impacts on product and business decisions.
Design and implement data-driven workflows and oversee their execution.

Jobgether’s partner company is seeking an Engineer, Index Business Intelligence (Data Programming & Analytics) based in Germany. This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and market analytics. The main focus is to generate insights that guide strategic and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Transform large and complex datasets into structured, automated, and reusable reporting tools. Develop scalable data pipelines to enable consistent analytics and reporting. Break down complex or ambiguous business questions into clear data models and actionable insights. Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Finance, Research, and Legal teams. Enhance reporting efficiency and encourage data-driven decision-making across the organization. Help ensure the consistency and quality of index-related intelligence used in global markets. Requirements Strong programming abilities, especially in building automated data solutions. Comfortable handling ambiguous business problems and translating them into reliable analytics. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure.
