Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles. Familiarity with Amplitude or comparable product analytics platforms. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated sectors (healthcare experience is advantageous). Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProficient in SQL; experienced with data modeling and transformation tools. Expertise in business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred; familiarity with Tableau or Looker is also beneficial). Strong business insight and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Understanding of cloud data storage solutions (AWS and/or Azure). Exceptional communication skills—capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to enhance our capacity to transform data into insightful recommendations across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical departments. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to grasp their objectives, convert inquiries into measurable metrics, and produce dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making. You will also work in tandem with our data engineer and technical program manager to refine our data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, well-structured data is accessible for analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to establish KPIs and analytical requirements related to product usage, customer journeys, and overall business performance.
  • Examine data from trials, intakes, sales, therapy engagement, and marketing initiatives to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Produce intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team on ETL processes, data modeling, and the design of the semantic layer.
  • Maintain documentation on metric definitions, data sources, and assumptions to foster trust and transparency.
  • Assist product managers by providing insights from Amplitude, focusing on funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data governance standards, managing PHI/PII handling and access controls.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
