We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, focusing on the Customer Value product team. This team is instrumental in connecting members with providers, directing members to suitable care, and forecasting utilization for our clients. In this critical role, you will help develop a metric tree that highlights the key performance indicators that the Customer Value team drives, along with component metrics that illuminate the factors influencing root cause analysis.
It is essential for the Customer Value team to measure the financial impact of precision care routing (PCR) to identify optimization opportunities. Your support in business intelligence will be pivotal to their success. You will collaborate within a cross-functional data team to achieve these objectives.
