The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst for Growth Analytics focused on CRM to lead and enhance our analytics strategy. In this critical role, you will strengthen customer relationships, optimize retention, and maximize lifetime value by developing the insights and metrics that drive our lifecycle marketing initiatives. Collaborating with teams across Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering, you will ensure that all CRM decisions are grounded in data and demonstrate significant business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and enhance the analytics strategy for CRM, facilitating CookUnity's ability to deepen customer engagement and drive retention.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, personalized marketing efforts, and customer journey experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams to leverage data for informed decision-making.
