About the Role

As a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, you will spearhead the technical implementation of large-scale data platforms and business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the delivery of comprehensive Data Platform solutions and their end-to-end components. Collaboration with principal consultants, practice leaders, project managers, and client stakeholders will be key in this client-facing role, where exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients (business users) to gather and clarify requirements and business rules by conducting workshops with stakeholders.
Contribute to the technical architecture, design, and delivery of new data platforms.
Provide strategic thought leadership to clients regarding data profiling and integration strategies.
Execute data modeling (both relational and dimensional).
Manage the development lifecycle using various source code management tools.
Optimize performance and tuning for new and existing data warehouse solutions.
Deliver comprehensive documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer services to clients and internal teams.
