Qualifications
What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain Python-based, production-grade data pipelines that support AI automation and machine learning workflows (Risk Decision Center / SAR Studio), including near real-time datasets and aggregations. Ensure data quality and reliability throughout the process via validations, testing, monitoring, alerting, and establishing clear SLAs/ownership. Create and manage core data models and aggregations for Risk and AML decision-making and analytics. Support Regulatory Reporting by developing scalable reporting pipelines, addressing ad-hoc regulator requests, and maintaining traceability through audit trails, versioning, and reproducible outputs. Enhance and document our data foundations and governance (architecture, dependencies, dataset definitions/lineage). Collaborate closely with the Data Platform team and a cross-functional squad (data scientists, software engineers, analysts) to align on requirements and ensure safe delivery in production.
