In this role, reporting to the Head of Engineering for New Ventures and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams, the Senior Data & Insights Engineer will oversee the complete data layer, encompassing data pipelines, models, analytics, and dashboards. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our data is reliable, accessible, and instrumental in driving informed decision-making across the organization.
This position offers significant autonomy and impact, as you will serve as the key resource for addressing critical business and product inquiries, maintaining data integrity, and continuously enhancing data flow across various systems. You will engage with backend systems (Postgres), our data warehouse (Snowflake), and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to unify disparate data into a dependable and actionable source of truth. In this dynamic, early-stage environment, you will have the opportunity to define both the data architecture and strategy.
