As part of our ongoing growth, Sia is seeking experienced Senior Data Science Consultants to join our dynamic data science team. You will collaborate closely with various practices to tackle complex modeling tasks aimed at addressing our clients' challenges related to:
- Machine Learning and Statistics: Design and develop both explanatory and predictive decision support models, utilizing supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative diagnosis.
- Operational Research: Create and implement optimization solutions within constraints, alongside simulation models.
- Big Data: Leverage algorithmic expertise for the effective processing of vast volumes of unstructured data.
In your operational role and contributions to our internal development efforts, you will:
- Enhance and develop our service offerings through training, collaborative working groups, and the dissemination of knowledge via internal and external media.
- Contribute to the firm’s presence in the industry by actively participating in our publication initiatives (articles, studies, etc.) and representing Sia at various professional clubs, exhibitions, and events.
- Drive business growth by designing and developing commercial proposals while identifying new collaboration opportunities with our clients.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring consistent reporting to both the manager and the client to uphold our commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts at the middle management level, establishing yourself as a recognized expert in your field.
- Mentor and supervise consultants, from juniors to seasoned professionals, acting as a point of reference for the manager regarding project follow-ups, validating deliverables, assessing achievements, and fostering their professional development.
