About the Data Science Team

The Data Science team uses large-scale data to create competitive advantages for Careem. The team designs AI models that improve user experiences, support better decisions, and increase operational efficiency. As a senior member, you will help lead a talented group of data scientists, applying the latest in machine learning, optimization, deep learning, and reinforcement learning on Careem’s proprietary AI platform. The work delivers real-time solutions to users across the region.

What You Will Do

Shape a vision for reinventing customer acquisition and engagement using data-driven approaches.
Carry out exploratory analyses to understand the ecosystem and user behavior, uncovering new opportunities to influence key metrics and improve products.
Develop and refine data and machine learning models to optimize product experiences and identify new areas for growth and innovation.
