The Role
Hone is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Marketing to enhance our expanding data team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to boost customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through insightful data analysis and modeling.
Your primary focus will be on developing and applying statistical models, conducting experiments, and performing analyses that inform marketing strategy, optimize funnel performance, and enhance customer lifetime value. This senior individual contributor role offers significant ownership over execution and delivery, ideal for someone who excels at transforming business inquiries into machine learning solutions while producing high-quality work independently and fostering cross-functional collaboration for measurable outcomes.
