In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Structuring, planning, and coordinating team efforts while actively collaborating with data scientists, lead data scientists, data analysts, product owners, business teams, and technical teams.
Aligning the development of analytical solutions with business objectives.
Providing guidance and mentorship to enhance the capabilities of team engineers.
Ensuring adherence to data science methodologies and software development practices, facilitating the qualification of sub-projects, iterative development, solution industrialization, maintainability, and performance tracking.
Resolving technical debates when necessary.
Staying abreast of industry innovations to propose and challenge existing solutions as needed.
Contributing to projects as a data scientist.
