This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive trading support, expertly managing client portfolios and risk exposure, addressing trade-related queries, and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in platform operations and contribute to investor education and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional trade support services to clients (including offshore and local Equities, ETFs, Futures, Options, Mutual Funds), acting as a dealing desk. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolios, advising on margin calls, managing trading limits, and resolving trade-related issues.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and portfolio management for clients, ensuring timely handling of margin call statuses and managing clients’ margin requirements while keeping an eye on risk exposure.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to client inquiries, providing outstanding service and support within designated timelines.
- Offer superior support for the Moomoo trading platform, troubleshooting trade-related issues and collecting feedback for the Product team.
- Implement the company’s best execution policy to guarantee fair trade execution.
- Ensure all activities comply with SEC/SET (Thailand) regulations and internal Moomoo compliance policies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create educational materials (articles, videos, webinars) that simplify complex trading concepts for retail investors.
- Deliver professional market insights and conduct platform demonstrations at training events, seminars, and more.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Be prepared for upcoming products that the company will introduce in the future.
