We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner to become a vital member of our Central Planning Team, spearheading strategic forecasting innovations across the UK and International markets, while also serving as the operational core for selected European markets.
In this pivotal role, you will transition our operations from fragmented local forecasting to a streamlined, automated, and data-centric global model. You will manage the demand signals that inform every operational decision, from procurement and staffing to logistics.
Your Mission:
The Demand Planning team is evolving from a traditional operating model to a Predictive Intelligence function. Our vision is to shift from reactive demand estimation to proactive supply chain shaping, harnessing data to anticipate market changes, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
You will be the bridge between legacy operations and advanced predictive intelligence. This role has a crucial dual focus:
- Strategic Architecture & Innovation: Propel the innovation needed to develop standardized forecasting tools, demand simulation frameworks, and future processes that will enable scalable growth across international markets.
- Operational Execution & Continuity: Ensure uninterrupted operational flow for Ireland forecasting, safeguarding service levels and optimizing costs during this transition.
Your efforts will ensure that while we advance our automated planning pipelines, our daily supply chain operations remain agile, precise, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Standardization: Implement a cohesive, model-driven demand planning architecture. Manage the planning process to minimize manual interventions, maintain real-time communication with stakeholders, and proactively adjust forecasts.
- Automated Ecosystem Transition: Lead the transition to an automated pipeline. Collaborate with forecasting engineers to design robust solutions that facilitate an efficient, scalable process while respecting local variations.
