What you’ll do
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and design leadership to identify team needs and role requirements, ensuring there is a shared understanding of hiring objectives across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing, engaging, and evaluating top-tier design talent through various channels while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding. You will devise strategies to attract and retain diverse design talent, proactively building talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
Additionally, you will monitor and analyze key hiring metrics to enhance recruiting effectiveness, work collaboratively across functions to ensure equitable evaluation practices, and advocate for Brex’s employer brand within the design community. This includes representing Brex at design events, portfolio reviews, and on relevant social media platforms.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where we embrace a hybrid work environment that balances the energy and connections of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office each week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
