Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer – FedRAMP to lead the deployment, orchestration, and secure operations of our FedRAMP authorized identity and security solutions. This role operates within a highly regulated federal environment, focusing on authorized identity and security products.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance build/release pipelines and GitOps workflows within the FedRAMP boundary.
- Design and manage Azure Government Cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Oversee management of AKS clusters with Istio, implementing secure networking, WAF configurations, and Zero Trust models (PIM/RBAC).
- Ensure compliance of CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and documentation with FedRAMP controls.
- Administer observability systems (Open Telemetry, Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Grafana) to uphold SLAs, SLOs, and reliability standards.
- Manage logging, audit trails, and data indexing in accordance with FedRAMP requirements using OpenSearch.
- Support production environments, participate in on-call rotations, and assist with incident response and post-incident analysis.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams on POA&M initiatives, annual assessments, and continuous monitoring efforts.
