Qualifications

Core Responsibilities Include: Deliver healthcare expertise and relevant experience to strategize and execute client projects. Act as the representative for the Access Experience Team, leading payer strategy to fulfill clients' business objectives. Support cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional results for both internal and external clients. Provide strategic input for prelaunch and existing brand planning, biosimilars, or navigating loss of exclusivity. Assist in new business development through research, proposal crafting, and engaging presentations. Leverage industry expertise to contribute effectively to various projects. Facilitate and present training for clients or internal personnel as needed. Conduct interviews with advisors to analyze market dynamics and prepare insightful summaries for client projects. Assist in organizing and executing client workshops and competitive simulations, role-playing as payers or healthcare stakeholders to enhance market understanding. Monitor evolving market trends in drug coverage and provide actionable insights to Precision Payer and Account team leads. Manage deliverables across multiple clients, ensuring that tight deadlines are met. Represent Precision at industry events, gathering insights that are beneficial to clients. Collaborate with account teams to plan client budgets and recommend services/projects that align with client needs. Create and curate training materials related to managed market core subjects and current events. Perform additional duties as assigned. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
