The Senior Director of the Access Experience Team (AET) will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Precision leadership, account teams, and clients to advance strategic initiatives. This position will lead a team dedicated to one or more clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Offer specialized healthcare knowledge and experience in the strategy and execution of client projects.
- Serve as the representative for the Access Experience Team to clients, directing payer strategy efforts to fulfill business objectives.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver value to both internal and external clients.
- Provide strategic insights for pre-launch and existing brands, including biosimilars and exclusivity planning.
- Drive new business development through thorough research, proposal crafting, and presentations.
- Contribute industry expertise to relevant projects, enhancing their effectiveness.
- Facilitate training and educational sessions for clients and internal teams as necessary.
- Conduct interviews with advisors to gauge current market dynamics and summarize findings for client projects.
- Assist in planning and executing client workshops and competitive simulations, role-playing as payers or other healthcare stakeholders to enhance client market understanding.
- Monitor evolving market trends in drug coverage and provide actionable insights to Precision Payer and Account team leaders.
- Manage deliverables across multiple clients and assist the team in meeting tight deadlines.
- Represent Precision at industry events to gather insights beneficial to clients.
- Support account teams in budget planning and recommend services/projects tailored to client needs.
- Create or curate training materials related to managed markets and current events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
