Requirements:8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, public affairs, public relations, and/or political campaign work, with prior agency experience in public affairs or public relations. Advanced writing abilities with an aptitude for communicating effectively with senior stakeholders, along with proficiency in editing and a solid understanding of AP Style. Experience utilizing digital and social media tools for advocacy and public affairs campaigns. A proven history of developing and executing successful digital strategies while managing client relationships. Demonstrated experience in deploying AI tools to enhance processes in line with company standards. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

We are on the lookout for an innovative and dedicated Senior Director to enhance our rapidly expanding digital practice, driving impactful advocacy campaigns and empowering organizations to achieve their goals every day.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge digital strategies for public affairs clients, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges to create timely and cost-effective winning campaigns.
  • Foster and nurture client relationships to expand existing accounts and spearhead the development and strategic planning of new business proposals.
  • Lead a team of strategists to successfully manage daily operations and new projects for public affairs accounts.
  • Collaborate with our Graphic Design team to produce compelling design collateral for clients, including logos, one-pagers, social media graphics, and more.
  • Work alongside our Digital Advertising team to coordinate plan requests, oversee campaign traffic, and prepare comprehensive client reports.
