Join Contact Government Services as a Senior Director of eDiscovery and lead a dedicated electronic discovery team for one of our significant government initiatives. This full-time executive-level position is pivotal in supporting government professionals throughout all litigation support and e-discovery processes. Your responsibilities will include project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake, data analysis, early case assessments, document production, and collaborating with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of litigation support software and eDiscovery databases, including database creation, maintenance, and data management.
  • Process and publish electronically stored information for various cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing documents and exhibits for trial, while maintaining proper tracking documentation for media and data.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, including workflows and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel, attorneys, law clerks, and legal assistants as part of the matter team.
  • Resolve technical issues within the eDiscovery platform and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with eDiscovery vendors.
  • Demonstrate a self-motivated attitude and a desire to shape the future of the department.
