The Senior Director of Market Access Consulting will lead the growth and development of consulting services tailored for life sciences clients at Precision Medicine Group. This pivotal role involves generating new business, nurturing essential client relationships, and discovering avenues to expand existing services.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in market access and distribution, with a comprehensive understanding of patient support services and the entire drug development and commercialization process.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering market access solutions across the continuum, addressing the needs of payers, providers, and patients.
- Meeting revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement, while also supporting project leads in managing client relationships and project execution.
- Providing strong leadership and direction as part of the core consulting team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services to biopharmaceutical clients.
- Overseeing hiring, staffing, employee development, and fostering a positive company culture.
- Collaborating with various business units to devise and execute strategic initiatives.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client partnerships through proactive engagement and strategic solutions.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, including facilitating onboarding for new hires and planning career development initiatives.
