About the Role

 

 

As the Senior Director of Professional Services, you will spearhead strategic delivery across a variety of projects and accounts within your designated practice area. You will be responsible for nurturing and sustaining client relationships, propelling business development efforts, and overseeing the growth and skill enhancement of your practice. Your leadership will guarantee top-notch delivery, exceptional customer results, operational excellence, and the professional development of your team members. 

 

You will collaborate as part of the Global Professional Services leadership team and engage directly with the North American Sales Leader as well as other cross-functional initiatives. 

**This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance at our Denver, CO location for a minimum of three days each week.**
