Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Cycle OwnershipOversee the comprehensive revenue journey from pipeline generation to customer expansion and renewals. Collaborate with field leaders across SDR, Partner, Sales, Post-Sales, and Solutions Consulting teams to drive revenue outcomes. Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion rates at each stage of the revenue funnel. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and friction points within the revenue process, driving cross-functional solutions. Ensure seamless transitions and alignment among all revenue-generating teams. Strategic Business PartnershipAct as a trusted strategic advisor to field leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling. Deliver actionable insights regarding team performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts. Establish and maintain business rhythms such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pipeline reviews, and forecast calls. Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue productivity and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will take ownership of the entire revenue journey, acting as a pivotal strategic ally to field teams throughout the revenue cycle. This role encompasses oversight of the business partnership for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Partners, Sales, Post-Sales, and Solutions Consultants, guaranteeing operational excellence and strategic insights to accelerate revenue growth. You will manage two direct reports, serving as the essential link between field teams and Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product departments.
