Qualifications
Desired Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in delivering complete lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations. In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central, particularly in Finance and/or Manufacturing and Warehousing modules. Expertise in leading workshops, knowledge transfers, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions aligned with business requirements. Familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly desirable. Practical experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central, especially in finance, reporting, or supply chain contexts. Familiarity with Dynaway is a distinct advantage.

Your Role
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you will lead the charge in our Business Applications sector, utilizing your extensive Dynamics experience to manage prominent Business Central projects.
- Collaborate with clients to assess and articulate their business processes, configuring D365 Business Central to meet their specific needs.
- Assist clients with configuration tasks, oversee data migration, and conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing.
- Provide tailored end-user training and coaching to ensure client success.
- Design, implement, and validate customizations in D365 Business Central, facilitating client acceptance.
- Engage in go-live cutover exercises, ensuring accurate data reconciliation with legacy systems.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and project managers to guide project progress effectively.
- Take part in design and architecture sessions alongside fellow consultants.
- Mentor and supervise junior consultants to foster their professional development.
