Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive litigation technology support, which encompasses:
- Monitoring legislative changes affecting civil and criminal litigation to assess their implications for current FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of commercial industry advancements to identify how new technologies or best practices can enhance FBI Discovery processes.
- Ensuring that proposed solutions adequately address existing requirements and needs.
- Conducting thorough testing of system upgrades or patches before their deployment.
