CGS is actively searching for a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to enhance our legal team, supporting a prominent Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and provide expert consultation to meet all eDiscovery requirements.
- Design fields, options, layouts, and views within the Relativity platform.
- Organize batches of records for review in Relativity.
- Conduct Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
- Develop, adjust, and enforce workflows alongside essential resources to facilitate project progression.
- Initiate client tasks by creating and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee the precision and completeness of job instructions and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly the expectations regarding scope and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish realistic project timelines grounded in an understanding of project activities, event sequences, dependencies, workload, task durations across departments, and resource needs based on task complexity and queue size.
- Engage in project activities including preparation for kick-off calls, documenting workflows and standards, and closing out projects with tasks like final billing and data destruction.
- Stay informed about e-discovery trends, industry competitors, and relevant tools.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
