Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and deliver expert consultation to fulfill all eDiscovery requirements.
- Develop fields, choices, layouts, and views within Relativity.
- Generate batches of records for review using Relativity.
- Execute Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
- Design, refine, and implement workflows and essential resources to facilitate project progression.
- Initiate client work by creating and submitting work orders related to data processing, review, and production tasks.
- Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and completeness of instructions and final deliverables.
- Clearly communicate project expectations regarding scope and timelines to stakeholders.
- Create detailed project schedules based on a comprehensive understanding of activities, sequences, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Engage in project tasks such as kick-off call preparation, documentation of workflows, and completion of project closure activities including final billing and data destruction.
- Stay informed about e-discovery trends, market competitors, and industry tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of eDiscovery processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Relativity and other related eDiscovery software.
