Key Responsibilities:
- Log productions in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System effectively.
- Summarize lengthy cover letters, providing concise descriptions of the production.
- Communicate with producing parties to obtain passwords for encrypted media when necessary.
- Assess the cover letter for substantive information to determine eligibility for loading into Relativity.
- Conduct thorough virus scans using advanced protection software and protocols.
- Address any identified issues or reject productions as needed, following established protocols.
- Transfer virus-free productions to the Agency's secure network.
- Adhere to strict protocols for handling various document types, including whistleblower information, RFPA documents, and international materials.
- Analyze productions to identify required processing and ensure completeness.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Prepare small quantities of paper documents for loading into Relativity through scanning and OCR.
- Coordinate the off-site scanning of larger paper document collections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of technical experience in eDiscovery, including information compilation and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
