As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. Your responsibilities include creating preliminary designs under the guidance of the Supervising Engineer and/or Supervising Designer, developing specifications, system narratives, and layouts for diverse projects. Key responsibilities include: Setting design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects Overseeing the preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants Managing all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners Supervising construction administrative tasks, including field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing bulletins and addenda Conducting periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations Participating in the Technical Leadership Committee of the business unit Assisting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring
