QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.3-5 years of direct experience in email marketing or digital campaign management, ideally within a multinational or B2C/B2B2C context. Demonstrated expertise in managing extensive email campaigns and automated journeys at scale. Exceptional proficiency in the English language (C2 level certification preferred; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate is a plus). Advanced computer skills required; ECDL Advanced level certification is an advantage.

We are seeking a Senior Email Campaigns Associate to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of our global email marketing initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in crafting data-driven communications that enhance customer engagement and drive commercial success across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive execution of intricate, high-volume email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, journey design, content creation, scheduling, quality assurance, A/B testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead the design and refinement of automated and lifecycle email journeys, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and upselling strategies.
  • Guarantee adherence to brand guidelines, GDPR compliance, and timely delivery of all email communications on a global scale.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for email campaigns, collaborating with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Digital, and Regional teams to synchronize messaging and timelines.
  • Drive ongoing optimization by assessing performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue impact, and overall engagement.
  • Convert data insights into practical recommendations aimed at enhancing deliverability, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure email marketing performance.
  • Manage campaign workflows, prioritization, and delivery using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, etc.).
  • Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance on best practices, quality assurance standards, and campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of email marketing trends, tools, privacy regulations, and best practices, actively proposing innovations and improvements.
